Frequently Asked Questions
Frequently Asked Questions and their Answers
Why is the electric scooter not moving?
If the electric scooter is working normally but not reaching the expected speed, and the promised range is far from what it should be, the reason is often that the motor and battery power of the electric scooter are not sufficient to carry the rider. If the scooter used to go faster, it's advisable to check the tire pressure.
Tire pressure affects the top speed and battery consumption, and low tire pressure is often a cause of tire damage.
Do electric scooters withstand rain?
Yes, you can ride an electric scooter in light rain. However, it is not recommended because most scooters are only splash-resistant and are not designed for riding in heavy rain.
After riding in the rain, it's advisable to take the scooter to a warm place to dry to prevent water that may have entered from causing corrosion or other electrical issues over time.
Manufacturers do not endorse riding in the rain unless the scooter is fully IP water-resistant, and in problematic situations, they may void the warranty if the scooter has been used improperly.
